RETURNS Should you wish to return any of our products, the rules below are a rough guide to our returns policy. We try to be flexible to the needs of each individual customer. if in doubt please contact us on returns@certifiedrockstar.com
- Items must be returned within 7 days of receiving the initial delivery, determined by the posting date stamp on the returned package.
- Clothing must be returned in its original packing and have only been tried on. If it is soiled or damaged in an unsatisfactory manner, we reserve the right to waive a refund for that particular product.
- Shipping charges will not be refunded and are sole responsibility of each customer.
- To exchange items for a product of a different value: If the new value is greater, then we will require your card details through our secure server and will deduct the difference.
- If it is less, then the amount will either be refunded in the form of a bank refund for the difference or a discount coupon.
- If the product is not faulty and a refund is requested, then Certified Rock Star reserves the right to offer this in discount coupons rather than a bank refund if deemed appropriate.
- We can take no responsibility for returned items lost in transit through any postal carrier.
